We’re publishing the responsibility of each role rather than headshots and bios. When the CMO seat is filled, this page will name the person. Until then, the role and its accountability are what matters.
Chief Executive
Product strategy, customer development, capital. Prior operating experience at the intersection of healthcare and engineering platforms.
Chief Medical Officer
Clinical advisory board, criteria adjudication, NCQA UM accreditation. Target profile: board-certified physician with prior UM medical-director experience at a national payer.
Head of Engineering
Platform architecture, security, AI and agent infrastructure. Prior experience leading engineering at a regulated infrastructure or healthcare technology company.

The advisory board is being recruited deliberately through Q3 2026. We are not interested in logo collection. Each seat has an explicit profile, an explicit scope of engagement, and a published time commitment.
Payer policy advisor
Former UM medical director at a major commercial payer. Active engagement on criteria adjudication, NCQA UM accreditation strategy, and CMS-0057-F public-reporting interpretation.
Provider workflow advisor
Hospital CMIO with Epic and Da Vinci CRD deployment experience. Active engagement on EHR-embedded PA workflow, physician adoption, and CDS Hooks card design.
Regulatory affairs advisor
Former CMS or NCQA staff with CMS-0057-F authoring or NCQA UM standards-revision experience. Active engagement on regulatory roadmap and public-reporting compliance.
